Bikram Yoga

We have taken the original 26x2 practice and condensed it into 60min or 75min (traditionally 90min). Here, you will focus yourself in each pose, find your alignment, then take it deeper. Suitable for all levels and great if you are wanting to learn foundational yoga poses..

Classes

Vinyasa & Power Vinyasa Yoga

Flow through space with this dynamic practice. You will find a variety of sequences depending on your instructor. Something new, for you, to connect your breath to movement. You will find Power Vinyasa to be a more intense, faster paced practice than basic Vinyasa.

Sculpt Yoga

Ready to burn? Push yourself with this high intensity workout that incorporates vinyasa flows with added props such as weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls (all optional to use). We apply focus on each muscle group through repetitions and circuits. Find your power.

 

Sculpt & Flow

This practice will combine Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga. Vinyasa will warm up the body and rid your body of excess prana (energy), while yin will work deeply in your body by holding poses longer. Breath, relaxation, rejuvenation, longevity, and peace.

This practice will combine Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga. Vinyasa will warm up the body and rid your body of excess prana (energy), while yin will work deeply in your body by holding poses longer. Breath, relaxation, rejuvenation, longevity, and peace.
