Jess

It is SO nice to meet you! I am the PROUD and HUMBLED owner of Indigo Bloom Yoga & Wellness - Fargo’s newest Yoga and Wellness studio. How did I get here? Let me tell you…

My journey into this world started in 2017. Falling in love with yoga was everything that I needed at that point in my life - and nothing has changed since. You could say we are all lost souls - but this is where I found mine. I found a practice that took me in, allowed me to grow, and ultimately find my passion. Is this cheesy enough for you yet? (lol)

In all seriousness, yoga became my life. I found my niche, and from then I knew I wanted to share it with others. I received my 200 HR RYT Certification from a school here in Fargo and am SO close to receiving my additional 300 HR certification to become a 500 HR RYT instructor. That may all sound like gibberish, it just means I wanted to take my self further and share more of what I have experienced with others.

Enter: Indigo Bloom Yoga & Wellness.

I decided to take a leap of faith with the INCREDIBLE support I have received from my family and friends. I am here to create a welcoming, supportive, and uplifting yoga and wellness community with you all. I CANNOT WAIT to share all I have experienced and HOPE that you can find the solitude and strength I did through all yoga has to offer.

I will see YOU in class VERY soon.

Andrea

I fell in love with yoga after I took my first class. I am thrilled to be a part of the Indigo Bloom Community! My mat is a place where I find a sense of contentment, self-awareness, and mind body connection. I decided I wanted to share this beautiful practice with other like minded people. I completed my 200 Hour Training in April 2019 and started teaching shortly after. I am also a third-grade teacher in the West Fargo Public School District. My husband and I love to travel; I have attended yoga classes in Alaska and Hawaii! I am beyond grateful for a path that led me to teaching yoga, I hope you join me soon!

Molly

Hi! I’m Molly. I live in Fargo with my husband and our two daughters, two dogs, two cats, and three fish. I’m a third grade teacher by day and a yoga instructor by night. I completed my 200 hour yoga training in 2018 and have enjoyed teaching yoga in the studio, classroom, and home settings since. I use my yoga practice to help reduce stress and anxiety and maintain mobility in my body.

When I’m not teaching kids or adults, you can find me in the kitchen meal planning, meal prepping, cooking, and baking; or out in nature walking, biking, or reading a book on my patio. I absolutely love the relationships and community that come from the shared experiences we create in the yoga studio. In my classes you can expect to hear lots of cues, rocking music, and many words of encouragement. Beginners are always welcome!

Tori

Hi! My name is Tori and I have a passion for all things active. I grew up playing any sport I could get signed up for, showing horses, and hiking and skiing in the mountains of Montana. I have always loved challenging my body in new ways that focus on form, body alignment, and mindfulness. I took my first yoga class in 2016 and was hooked. After being a student for only a few months, I realized pretty quickly it was something I wanted to learn more about and deepen my own practice by completing a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher training in 2017. Since, I have taught yoga and Pilates locally in the Fargo-Moorhead community, attended a yoga retreat and camp in Costa Rica, and explored yoga studios nationwide whenever I am traveling.
When I am not teaching or practicing myself, I probably have my nose buried in a book, am hiking with my German Shepherd -Reagan, traveling, or enjoying time with friends.
I am truly passionate about sharing this beautiful and life-changing practice with others, which is why teaching has become such an important thing in my life. It is an honor to lead each person who steps into my class through their own unique practice. I look forward to seeing you on the mat soon!

Shannon

Hey there, my name is Shannon Flanery I am a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga my self for 7 years now, however fitness, working out and moving my body has always been a big part of my life. I spent much of my younger life as a dancer for West Fargo High School, Concordia College and NDSU. When I was thrust into the real world with a big dance sized void I found the practice of yoga and have never looked back. In my 9-5 I am a teacher at one of my favorite places West Fargo High School. I specialize in students who speak English as a second language and teach classes to support students who will be first time high school or college graduates. I LOVE my job. But even with a love of my day job we can all use a place to let it go. My hope for you is that you find my classes that place, where you can simply just be, and take a break from that real world and enjoy one that’s all your own for an hour. I can’t wait to meet you!

Shelly

Shelly Anas has been part of the Fargo fitness community for over 20 years as a personal trainer, former body builder, group fitness instructor/director and certified nutrition coach. She lives in Fargo with her husband Jon. She has one grown son, two amazing step children, and her two grandchildren.

Kylie

Hi there! I’m Kylie, Yoga Sculpt instructor and lover of all things active. Since yoga found me in 2011 it has played a huge role in my physical and mental well-being. As a lifelong athlete, Yoga Sculpt provided an invaluable shift from seeing an active lifestyle as a form of competition, to a perspective of personal growth. While I love to offer a fun workout, first and foremost we focus on our intention; what drives us, the feeling we seek as we enter savasana, and how we carry that positive energy from our mat as we transition back into the world.

By day I work in an autism clinic in Fargo. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Tyler, for three years, and together we spoil our two cats and two dogs. When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me biking, running, falling asleep while reading on my porch, or rewatching the same three TV shows I’ve already seen a million times. I can’t wait to meet you on your mat!

Sid

Hello! My name is Sid. I have been practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching for 5! I am certified in Hot Yoga, Sculpt, and Barre. I love using yoga as a mental detox and enjoy creating a safe, judge-free environment for everyone who attends my classes.

When I'm not teaching yoga I am spending time with my daughter and boyfriend at our hobby farm. I am a cat/dog lady at heart and being with our little family is my favorite place to be. I also love working as a Licensed Massage Therapist and on the side I run Smiley's Rescues (Cat & Dog Sanctuary).

I look forward to seeing you in class and sweating it out together!

Jen

Yoga inspires me to live each moment with intention. I began practicing yoga hoping it could help me find some relief from chronic pain. Yoga not only helped to significantly reduce my pain, it has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and has taught me how to practice mindful meditation. Although I certainly haven’t mastered that part yet, the journey has brought tremendous joy, healing & wellness into my life. I look forward to getting to know you all through this journey.

Jaime

Jaime has always been a leader in the fitness community. Active and athletic, health and wellness have always been the forefront of her life.

Jaime’s yoga journey began when her personal trainer at the time encouraged her to try hot yoga due to chronic back pain after the birth of her second boy. (10 years ago) It was the immediate strength and mental transformation that changed her life. She found her true success on her mat, learning to love herself and be present in the moment. She earned her Sculpt certificate in 2014 and her 200 RYT/Yoga Alliance in 2019.

Jaime is passionate, loving, powerful, and supportive. She strives to make her class inspiring and vibrant, while promoting personal growth. She always encourages her students to be present on their mat, leaving negativity behind. She wants you to open your heart and mind to new things and be grateful.

She is badass yogi, known for her burpees, but always welcomes everyone with open arms. She is excited to share her passion of yoga, fitness, and over all wellness and help them find inner love, strength, and peace.

She is loyal to her family and friends and devoted to her four young boys. They keep her busy with their active lifestyles.
Away from the studio, she has been in education for 20 years, holds 2 masters degrees, and teaches and inspires students in the Education department at Valley City State University/North Dakota State University.

Caitlin

Hi, my name is Caitlin and I have lived in Fargo for ten years. My passion for fitness really got started while training for marathons about seven years ago. Since then, I’ve also done triathlons, taught various group exercise classes and competed in multiple bodybuilding competitions. One thing that stayed through all of it was my practice of yoga. I truly have a love and passion towards being active. One thing I love about yoga is the constant evolving and learning of new things. Anything that can challenge me not only physically but mentally is something I thrive on. I have taught yoga for six years and being able to share my love of fitness with others means the most to me.

Gwyneth

My name is Gwyneth Fisher. I got my 200-hour certification while teaching hot yoga in Los Angeles, California in 2020. I danced from age 2-22 so I incorporate that into my practice and teaching! I recently earned a Masters in Business Administration and just moved to Fargo in July of 2022. I look forward to learning and growing with all of my students!
